The Information Superhighway is Here Today.

Body copy:

While the rest of the world waits for the information superhighway to
reach them, you can drive it now with the Cadec® Modular Series
4000.

A tool for growth.

We have designed the Cadec 4000 to be the most advanced onboard
information system yet. It captures real world data from your fleet's
operations, then presents that data to you in a way that will help you
increase your productivity, improve your customer service, and grow
your business.

Open a Window on your business.

The 4000 is the first vehicle information system to run under
Microsoft® Windows™ with an easy-to-use interface that lets you
display multiple tasks at the same time, share data among applications,
and get onscreen help at the click of a button.
Information in your pocket.

The 4000 is also first to use the PCMCIA card to store and transfer
fleet data. Only the size of a credit card, it is faster, more rugged, and
capable of holding more data than earlier storage devices. Because the
card is assigned to the driver and not the vehicle, slipseating is a
reality. So is the paperless DOT log.

The ability to communicate.

With the 4000's wireless communications feature, your dispatcher can
target messages to an individual vehicle, a group of vehicles, or the
entire fleet. Drivers can send messages to the host site at the touch of
a key. And the 4000 itself can send messages automatically, when
triggered by an accident, for example, or a DOT violation.

We are Cadec Systems, Inc., a part of Cummins Engine Company.
We turn road data into business knowledge.
